Rod Brown first joined the Board of Kidderminster Harriers in the early spring of 2015 as an advisor before shortly taking up the mantle of Chairman in April.
A successful businessman with a background in publishing, Rod also has 25 years’ experience in football as a player and manager with the likes of Bromsgrove Rovers, Redditch United and Stourport Swifts.
Alongside Chief Executive, Colin Gordon, Rod has overseen a surge in the club’s viability from a commercial standpoint – the duo also the spearhead of the club’s emergence into a healthier future.
Colin first joined the club’s Board of Directors in the summer of 2015 and was named Chief Executive after becoming the club’s majority shareholder in November of the same year
A former Harrier in his playing days, Colin represented clubs at a number of levels including Birmingham City and Swindon Town.
After hanging up his boots he went on to forge a hugely successful career as a football intermediary, representing Steve McLaren and Theo Walcott among countless others, before returning to Aggborough in his new capacity.
Wayne has been a Harriers Director since 2005 and is responsible for match day Boardroom liaison; hosting Visiting Directors and guests, ably assisted by his better half Jill.
On Match days he is the nominated Respect Director ensuring Football Conference recommendations are appropriately met.
Additionally helps in a range of other matters at the club, proof reading the match programme, forging links between the Board and supporters.
Wayne has a sound background as a business entrepreneur himself with his work in property development; and is also the Chairman of the Football Conference Youth Alliance and has also served as a Director at Cheltenham Town.
