Working with schools during curriculum time to deliver our “Healthkick” Programme is a major part of our school based provision alongside our PPA Cover, after school and lunch clubs.
Our school based provision is not just football specific and ranges from cricket to basketball, from netball to hockey plus many more sports and team building activities.
“…We would just like to say a big thank you to Becky for her fab football sessions on behalf of all the pupils who attended…” St.Georges VC CE Primary and Nursery
Each year, 70 schools are part of our school engagement across Worcestershire and new schools can also become involved!
Another part of our school engagement programme is our ‘Penalty Shootout’ competition where pupils face off against their peers to become their schools penalty king or queen – the winners from each school will showcase their talent on the Aggborough pitch in the grand finale!
“…Thank you to all the coaches at Kidderminster Harriers Community Trust who ran the football tournament last week, it was brilliantly ran and every single child really enjoyed themselves…” Hagley Primary School
Also available to schools is our KHFC-CPR programme supported by the National League Trust. We visit schools to provide football themed life saving and healthy heart sessions. There are also opportunities for parents to join in with first aid evenings held throughout the year.
If your school would like to take part in any of the above programmes or would like more information, please don’t hesitate to contact Nick Griffiths – email: firstname.lastname@example.org or on call 01562 863821 – free taster sessions are available upon request!
