At the time of writing there are no serious concerns about Saturday’s match with regard to the weather.

Chorley officials have confirmed that their pitch will be covered if necessary with a light frost forecast overnight, with any dusting of snow likely to turn to sleet before it can cause any real problems.

Should that change we’ll update you as soon as possible on our social media channels.

UPDATE: Due to bad weather overnight and following a pitch inspection, the game has been postponed.
