Youth update: Weather hits

A latest update for the young guns…

Action from a Harriers U10s match

STORM Emma continues to cause mayhem across the country and, here in Kidderminster, it isn’t just the first-team action to which she’s put paid.

The action between Harriers and York City, scheduled for this weekend, will now not go ahead with Aggborough well and truly battered by the conditions.

Sadly our Youth action for Saturday at COSE has also been hit, meaning there will be no Harriers action until our U18s attempt to get their Cup tie against Feckenham played at the seventh attempt at Baxter College on Monday evening.

Meanwhile, here’s the most recent set of scores from across the youth ranks:

Under 9s vs Halesowen
Goal scorer: Jay Williams x 3

Under 10s vs Halesowen
Goal scorer: Lewis Foster

Under 11s vs Solihull Academy
Goal scorer: Aiden Donohue

Under 12s vs Evesham United: Lost 4-0

Under 13s vs Ignite Academy: Won 3-2
Goal scorers: Lewis Dobson x 2 and Ben Thompson

Under 14s vs Middleton Cheney FC: Won 4-2
Goal scorers: Ben Knights x 2, Brook Williams and Jack Male

Under 16s vs West Hagley (Friendly Match): Drew 2-2
Goal scorers: Keatley Charles x 2
