Steve Burr admitted his frustration following his side’s 3-2 defeat to Mansfield on Saturday.
The Aggborough loss to the Stags is the third straight reverse at the start of the season and leaves Harriers bottom of a very early league table.
Speaking to Harriers Player after the final whistle, he said: “There are too many individuals aren’t producing what we know they are capable of doing.
“Yes, we have one or two new players but they aren’t producing what they’re capable of and collectively, you’re not going to win matches [doing that].
“We just want to get three points because the sooner we get up and running the better and the longer it goes on, it gets harder.”
The full interview with Burr, which features his thoughts on the game, the debut of striker Nathan Blissett and transfer rumours, is available on Harriers Player now.
