The boys have been back in town on Thursday as Harriers players began pre-season with a lung-busting first day.
Steve Burr and his management and medical staff put the players through their paces on the training ground, proceedings kicked off by the footballer's friend that is the bleep test.
More running work followed during the early part of the afternoon as boys were given a tough test - no wonder, then, Steve Burr was the grinning master of doom as he watched on.
He commented: "There were plenty of hills, plenty of flats and plenty of sand banks!
"It's all the usual stuff lads expect from the start of pre-season and, in all seriousness, the lads all keep themselves fit nowadays.
"They've been in the gym all the time and were sent away with individual programmes.
"It was tough for them but they've come back looking pretty fit and know what to expect.
And just what might Burr and the team have in store for the rest of the week?
The cryptic reply was simply: "I'm looking forward to going up to the Wyre Forest; I quite like it up there!"
Welcome back, lads!
