Leamington win midweek run-out...

A youthful Harriers side went down 1-0 at Leamington on Tuesday night.

The hastily-arranged friendly fixture featured, as expected, a squad largely from the Harriers Academy sides and trial players.

The likes of Nathan and Lee Vaughan both got minutes under their belt, though, in the match that was won by Tom Berwick's goal in front of a crowd of 145 at the New Windmill Ground.

Steve Burr added: "It was a very useful exercise for us to be able to get game-time for a number of lads like Jack Byrne and Kyle Storer who have missed some time during pre-season."
