Kidderminster Harriers Football Club are delighted to confirm details of our latest Sportsman's Dinner evening - the special guest to be the legendary, incomparable Barry Fry.
One of the game's liveliest characters, Fry spent time at the likes of Manchester United and Leyton Orient as a player but it is of course his skills and spills as a manager that have made him one of the most memorable names in the sport.
His finest work perhaps coming with Barnet, Southend and Brimingham City, the 64 year-old spent nine years in the hot-seat as Chairman-Manager at Peterborough United, where he still remains today as Director of Football.
From dressing room documentaries to his unmistakable work both on the pitch - and the sidelines! - Fry has decades of stories to tell, and so perhaps it is just as well they he'll be coming to Aggborough to entertain a private audience in April!
He's coming for a very special evening in our Aggborough Suite on Friday night, 23 April 2010 for an event that is likely to be one of the most popular of its kind we've ever held. From Graham Poll, to Steve Bull, to Alan Ball to Ron Atkinson, they've all made for memorable occasions - and you'd be mad to think a night with Barry Fry would be any less lively!
Tickets for this event are available at just £30 plus VAT per person. This price includes our delicious four-course meal, not to mention the evening's entertainment. Interested parties are asked to contact our Commercial Manager Helen Macdonald on 01562 823931, or via e-mail to helen.macdonald@harriers.co.uk for more information or to book.
