FAQ
QUESTIONS about the Kidderminster Harriers website and the club in general, are answered here; perhaps we can help you with your query? Check below.
Q: Where is the Club's Message Board?
A: For the last couple of years, Kidderminster Harriers have decided not to host or endorse an official online Fans' Forum. Unofficial Forums are available elsewhere online, but the club cannot be held responsible for their content. You can always send any comments you may have for the club to info@harriers.co.uk
Q: What is HarriersWorld and how can I access it?
A: HarriersWorld was, up until 2005, the official multimedia subscription service for Kidderminster Harriers' fans. Due to issues with rights pertaining to Live Commentary and Match Highlights, it has not been a service we have been able to provide since our relegation from the Football League so the club have since ceased to advertise its availability.
You may still see some small banners advertising Harriers World - This is because supporters may still subscribe to a minimal 'Match Live' service, where for a small fee they can gain access to match stats during all Blue Square Premier Games as well as highlights from matches across the Football League. Please note that NONE of the other former World services are available.
Q: Why do the statistics on the official website seem wrong?
The stats you see across the official website are generated from the Press Association, who cover all Blue Square Premier and FA Cup (from First Round stage) matches. The Press Association, to date, do not cover the FA Carlsberg Trophy nor the Setanta Sheild, hence the stats provided are only listed as League stats.
All players' stats from these games will be up to date, normally on a Monday from a weekend's game and Wednesday for midweek action. Full stats of all the club's games are available in all of our match programmes.
Q: Why is the website fixture's list sometimes slow to udate?
Like all websites across the Football League and for a large number in the Blue Square Premier, Harriers' website is controlled by Premium TV (PTV) and Football League Interactive (FLi). The club has full control editorially over what you read on the official website, but many stats and figures are externally managed - largely because of the ease of being able to make wholesale changes in one place rather than a small amount all over the country.
Be assured that whenever a fixture moderation is made at the club or whenever a player arrives or departs Aggborough, the relevant information is sent off to the correct channels where it is usually changed within 24 hours of the request.
Q: I sometimes read about rumours and transfers in newspapers and on other websites before the club's - why is this?
Kidderminster Harriers and the official website prides itself on the accuracy of information it passes on to supporters. When things such as transfer deals are unfolding, word may occasionally spread to third-parties who are able to release the news at will without fear of reprisals. These parties are almost always jumping the gun. No transfer, for instance, is complete until written confirmation is received from both clubs involved, and both the League and Football Association. Until this is received, all news is mere speculation. As the official club website is the only news body privy to the 'as and whens' of this information being confirmed and received, you can be assured that this is the only place to get the news as soon as it is signed and sealed.
Q: Can I use photos I've seen on the Harriers' website anywhere else?
No. Unless otherwise stated, Kidderminster Harriers reserves all of the rights to all media, written and photographical that appears on harriers.co.uk. No quotes or images should ever be directly be re-produced without the club's written consent - and even in this instance, harriers.co.uk must be credited as the original source.

Matt Wall is the current Website Editor at Kidderminster Harriers. He can be contacted via e-mail at matt.wall@harriers.co.uk, or via telephone at 01562 823931.
Q: Who takes the Photos that are on the Harriers' website?
Bob Hill and Stefan Rapacz two of the Club's Official Photographers and most of the images you see will be their work. Other images are provided by Photo Agencies such as PA Photos/EMPICS.
Q: Can I advertise on the Harriers' website?
