Goalkeeper Tony Breeden has drawn praise from boss Steve Burr for his quick adjustment to life at Aggborough.
Breeden is close to completing just his third month between the sticks here at Harriers and has quietly gone about his business in playing his part in the side's strong recent form.
Burr admits that the shot-stopper conforms to many an age-old stereotype when it comes to goalkeepers but says that the former Tamworth man has wasted no time in becoming both popular in the dressing room and valuable on the pitch.
"Tony's been excellent for us since he's come in and just gets on with it," said Burr.
"He's a strange character and we love him to bits - he's a typical goalkeeper and you can't get any sense out of him at times!
"He has come in here and again is a lad from a lower level who is showing a lot of people that you can make that step up; he has certainly done that."
Breeden, who linked up with Harriers in November, has made 12 appearances since his switch from Leamington.
