Big-spending Crawley Town have smashed the Conference transfer record to secure striker Richard Brodie from York City.
Brodie, who netted 37 times for the Minstermen last season, is one of the most feared front men in the division.
With the striker out of contract in the summer, City have moved to cash in on the player who has cost Crawley - according to local press reports - around £300,000.
Over the course of the summer and beyond the reds have also signed the likes of Matt Tubs, Sergio Torres, Ben Wright and Pablo Mills as they aim for title glory this term.
