Gavin Crowe joined the Harriers backroom staff as Senior Sports Therapist back in the summer of 2009, and also works as the team's Conditioning Coach.

Gavin is a vastly experienced and qualified member of the off-field team at Aggborough, with a degree in Sports Therapy and an FA Diploma alongside his work for the Bedfordshire FA.

Earlier in his career, Gavin worked with both the Centre of Excellence and first-team at Luton Town before carrying out similar work with Cheltenham Town and Bishop's Cleeve prior to his arrival at Aggborough.
