Chief Scout Andy Fearn followed Steve Burr to Aggborough Stadium in January 2010 following Burr's appointment as Manager.

Burr values highly Fearn's knowledge of teams and players at many levels of the game, so much so that he's kept him firmly by his side for over a decade now.

"He is great to have around the place and it is nice to have another pair of eyes in the dugout," comments Burr, of his close friend.

"He is full of enthusiasm and to put up with me for ten years says a lot about him!"
