Kidderminster Harriers fell to their first defeat in eight games in disappointing style at Weymouth's Wessex Stadium.
The hosts, battling against relegation, came from behind to beat Harriers who had been ahead through a Simon Russell goal.
On a very wet and very blustery day down south, it was the visitors who had the best of the chances in a poor first half.
With the Terras defending deep - and solidly - most efforts were forced to come from distance, with Russell, Iyseden Christie and Matthew Barnes-Homer all going fairly close inside 20 minutes.
Either side of the half-hour mark, Penn forced a good save from Stephen Henderson with a long-range effort shortly before Weymouth's James Coutts got the same out of Chris MacKenzie.
Shortly after the break Iyseden Christie sent a volley from Russell's knock-down way over the bar, and then beat Henderson with a low shot that went just wide of the far post.
On the hour mark, Harriers were ahead and it was RUSSELL who got it; rounding-off a great move from the visitors by getting into the area and hitting a great angled effort that the goalkeeper was never going to reach, the winger's seventh goal of the season.
The lead lasted less than ten minutes, though, as the hosts drew level. After the solid defending of the last couple of months from Harriers it was a disappointment when Chris BLACKBURN was left completely unmarked to head home for the Terras from a corner.
From there, Harriers needed to defend for their lives at times as Weymouth shot at every opportunity - Christie was typically a towering presence as he got back to help out.
Substitute and physio for Weymouth, Stuart Douglas, then took all of the headlines in the final minutes.
He was lucky to be only shown a yellow card for hacking down Paul Bignot late on, just moments before forcing a top-class save from MacKenzie with a close-range header.
On 88 minutes he was allowed to get to the ball with a dramatic diving header that he sent crashing wide - lesson's weren't exactly learned by Harriers as it was the same player's head that got the winning goal in the dying seconds.
Simon Weatherstone's free-kick was missed by MacKenzie as he went up to challenge Stuart Beavon - DOUGLAS was left all alone to put the loose ball home and send the majority of the 1,200 crowd wild.
**Harriers have an early chance to get back to winning ways with their final home game of the season against Burton Albion this coming Tuesday night, 7:45pm.**
