Kidderminster Harriers are pleased to reveal that they will meet Premier League new-boys West Bromwich Albion in a pre-season friendly this summer.
Roberto Di Matteo has led the Baggies back up to the promised land with a fine term in the Championship this season, and the Albion will be heading right here to Aggborough to tune up for that 2010/11 campaign.
The club have agreed to send their first team squad for the fixture, which will take place at Aggborough on Saturday, 10 July 2010 - a kick-off time is to be confirmed.
"West Brom have just been promoted to the Premier League and for them to agree to bring the first team squad is great," boss Steve Burr told harriers.co.uk. today.
"It is a very early one for us - we will have been back a week and will go straight into a game, but a fixture like this will be a great starter for us."
Harriers are busy putting the finishing touches to the remainder of their pre-season campaign.
A full list of home and away games will appear here in the pre-season section of harriers.co.uk as soon as all ties are confirmed.
