Manager Mark Yates admitted that it was another two points dropped in the Blue Square Premier against Woking yesterday after Woking snatched an unlikely point against Aggborough.

Harriers were clear favourites going into the clash against Frank Gray's men and looked comfortable for the majority of the contest, boosted by the confidence of their last three consecutive wins.

A late leveller from academy graduate Giuseppe Sole restored parity for Woking, though, meaning that despite their FA Cup success, Harriers have still yet to record successive victories in the league.

Speaking after the contest, boss Yates was understandably downbeat, his side once again missing out on a chance to move within a win or so of the division's play-off places.

"We're desperately disappointed with ourselves for not seeing the game out and taking three points," said the Harriers' chief , whose side were ahead through a Justin Richards penalty.

"It wasn't pretty, we wanted to put in a decent performance but we'd have settled for the points that, on the balance of play, I think we deserved but in the second half we didn't do as many of the right things at the right time and that's cost us.

"We lacked a little bit of quality on that final pass and the final shot and we've got to get better - we really feel that it's two points dropped for us."

Yates echoed the sentiments of striker Richards, and called for three points when Darren Patterson's Oxford come to Aggborough next weekend.

He added: "We go onto Oxford next week and we're four unbeaten and we've got to keep it going, we've got to start turning [performances] into three points."
