Give or take a gap of four years, goalkeeper Danny Lewis has established himself as part of the furniture here at Aggborough having first joined in 2004.

With the club then in the Football League, a fresh-faced youngster got one of his first tastes of senior action as the club came back down into the Football Conference, eventually released in 2006.

From there he spent four years or so establishing himself as one of the best goalkeepers outside of the Football League before re-joining Harriers in 2010. The following two seasons were of real contrast – one saw him named Player of the Season while the following saw him kept on the sidelines through injury.

Back fully fit for last term, Danny battles for the goalkeeping jersey with Nathan Vaughan and in the process has become a member of the Harriers 100 club having racked up a century of appearances.
