BRANDON Hall says Harriers are ready for Wednesday night’s play-off Eliminator match against Bradford Park Avenue at Aggborough (7:45pm).
The reds and Avenue meet in Worcestershire for the second time in a matter of days after Avenue’s dramatic win to close out the regular season on Saturday.
Now, the two must go at it again – but the stakes are much different. No points, nothing shared for a draw and no second chances; instead its ‘cup’ football at Aggborough and only winners will advance.
Speaking to our YouTube channel ahead of the game, goalkeeper Hall says the squad are well aware of the importance of the game.
“All those games throughout the season come down to just one match,” he reflected.
“It’s a knock-out, and we’re ready for it and we have to take our chances – more than we did on Saturday.
“It’s a long season and all of those games come down [to this] so it is just focusing all of your energy into one game.
“We know if we lose, that’s it for our season and we don’t want that – we want to go as far as possible and get promoted.”

Bradford return to Aggborough the form team in the division, their winning run continued thanks to Adam Boyes’ injury-time strike at the weekend.
The Horsfall Stadium team have now won their last six games in succession – a run that has got its rewards with the outfit slotting into that final play-off place at tea time on Saturday at the expense of Spennymoor.
It means Bradford are due credit, says Hall. He looked back and said: “It was an interesting game!
“We kind of dominated the majority of the game but let it slip towards the end and that will be important going forward to Wednesday, to keep that concentration going for the whole game.
“They’ll come here with confidence, but it is going to be a different game from our point of view, but we want to do as well as possible.
“They’ve had a good run and they deserve to be where they are – we take them seriously and they beat us a few days ago, but we’re well up for the challenge and are ready and prepared for it.”
Harriers are hopeful of having a strong complement from which to choose on Wednesday night. Fraser Horsfall (ankle) missed Saturday’s game but will be assessed again going into the Eliminator.
Kick-off at Aggborough Stadium is at 7:45pm.
