Harriers are pleased to welcome Neil MacFarlane to the club as Manager for the 2018/19 season.
The 40-year-old takes up the helm having recently been working in Cyprus with top-flight side Pafos alongside former Fleetwood Town chief Steven Pressley.
The Dunoon-born Scot is a former midfielder of more than 250 senior career appearances north of the border for the likes of Hearts and Aberdeen, his coaching career beginning with Falkirk some six years ago.
He’s since worked as an integral part of the coaching staff at Coventry City, Fleetwood and, as recently as this year, MK Dons in the Football League.
He is familiar to Harriers having worked closely, albeit briefly, with the club three years ago as Chairman Colin Gordon assumed control of team affairs on an interim basis.

His experience and tenacity are qualities much admired by the Chairman, who said of his arrival: “He’s been here before and I know the way he works.
“He fits the profile of the philosophy of what we’re looking for. He’s hard working, fun and studious, with very good experience and great confidence.
“He’s done his research and has watched a numerous amount [of our games] games and already has his ideas on how he would like to work and how he would like to play.”
More from the Chairman and the new Harriers manager, Neil MacFarlane, will follow over the course of the weekend.
