HARRIERS secured their first win of the season as they picked up a 3-0 success at Bradford (Park Avenue).
The Reds dominated the first half and were ahead through a fine, 14th-minute strike from Correy Davidson.
Rhys Williams netted his first goal in senior football with a good header 0n 40 minutes to cap a half that saw Harriers also go close through Ryan Johnson and Ed Williams.
The game was played in truly horrific conditions, and while that played a part in the second half, Harriers still had far the better chances for more goals – Rich Peniket denied a goal by the offside flag, Ashley Chambers thwarted with a good save and so, too, Sam Austin.
It would be Chambers, though, who sealed the win with a third goal; he latched on to Ed Williams’ ball to fire past the goalkeeper for his second of the term.
